Kristi, a 14 year resident of the seacoast, entered the real estate profession in 2005, following a decade of success in sales and sales management for Cabletron Systems and Nordstrom. Kristi brings her strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, deep knowledge of the local market and keen ability to quickly assess her client’s needs to each real estate transaction. Kristi is a licensed to sell real estate in both Maine and New Hampshire and as a REALTOR®, she prides herself in the high degree of integrity and honesty that she brings to each relationship. Originally from Fairfield County Connecticut, the daughter of a successful New York interior designer mother and general contractor father, Kristi’s career in real estate is a natural extension of her upbringing. Helping people negotiate the waters to finding, or creating their dream home is her passion. Becoming a real estate professional was a natural fit for her from day one.
Kristi is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Maine Association of Realtors. She is deeply committed to and active in the local community, where she currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Museums of Old York. Kristi lives in a 208 year-old antique cape farm home in Eliot with her husband and two daughters.
