Roseanne began her real estate career in 1986, when in her first year she received an award for “Top Producer” in her firm, selling over $4 million worth of property. Throughout her career she has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer and recipient of numerous awards.
Roseanne is a Certified Residential Specialist – it’s the highest designation earned by only 4% of Realtors® in the nation. With advanced training in finance, technology and marketing and stringent practical experience criteria required to attain the CRS Designation, she knows how to make your home buying or selling experience an unqualified success. Roseanne is also an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) – the benchmark of excellence in buyer agency service and, in addition, holds the Graduate Realtors’ Institute (GRI) designation.
Prior to relocating to Maine, Roseanne practiced in Hamden, Connecticut. She specializes in seacoast properties from Kittery to the Kennebunks and takes pride in the personal service she provides to her clients, always keeping their best interests in mind. Her strengths are her attention to detail, expert negotiating skills, integrity, honesty, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate process.
To complement her broad background in the real estate field, Roseanne also has a working knowledge of the title industry and settlement procedures due to her experience as a real estate closing agent and marketing director.
Roseanne is a member of the Council of Residential Specialists, the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, the National Association of Realtors, the Maine Association of Realtors and the York County Council of Realtors.
Roseanne enjoys traveling, collecting antiques and art, reading, and walking the beach.
