2022 VS 2021 - Market Update

Comparing single family home sales in 2022 to 2021, many towns saw the number of home sold decrease more than 20%, while the available homes for sale stayed nearly steady. Median sale price rose across most towns we work in. Although there's volatility with interest rates, we are still experiencing demand from buyers who want to move to, or within, coastal Southern Maine.
