Twin Springs Farm dates back to 1820, and was one of the first farmsteads built by European settlers in East Union. This high-posted antique cape sits on a 1.74 acre lot, but conveys with a 1/6 undivided interest in the entirety of the farm, which has been conserved in a private land trust encompassing 120-150 acres of the original homestead.

The land remains much the same as it was 200 years ago. There are six house lots on the farm. Each shareholder owns their own home and house lot, and a 1/6 undivided interest in the land. Each shareholder is a member of the Twin Springs Farm Land Association. There are no dues or fees.
